Valiant provides many free additional services when setting up exams or furniture in a venue, including

Site evaluation to determine desk capacity and most optimum way of setting up the desks and chairs
preparation of floor plans and use of our unique 3D software
liaising with the actual venue for deliveries, set ups and collections. This is very important as it possibly reduces your cost of hiring the outside venue!
setting up desks chairs, screens,lounges and all furniture...we do not "dump and run"
setting up exam desks and requisite spacing exactly as per plan and as set out in 3D software provided to client.

Education/Training

Valiant has been an active supplier to the education/training field for the past 2 decades. Valiant entered into the education field with the single purpose of providing superior furniture than the institutions had been used to receiving.

Valiant in consultation with some of the major universities worked out a preferred exam desk size as well as a range of chairs that were much more stable and comfortable for the students.

CAD System

Valiant's own CAD and software program enables the customer to be able to view how the space will look and feel before any exam/training or event. We place in the CAD drawings not any generic desk or chair, but exactly the furniture that the customer has requested. And show multiple variations to the client, to help them plan the event.
